IN HOME REPAIR
Personal: $80/hour* — If you don't want to lug your at-home set-up or need someone to come to you, I can sit down with you and get things done.
Business: $80/hour — When your business devices don’t work, well… you can’t work. I can drop almost anything to get to you quickly and get you back up and running.
rush service or outside of regular hours
$100/hour — Some things just can’t wait. When you need help right away, I’m on my way.
Remote - with screen sharing & phone consultation
$65/hour — Where situations require a fast diagnosis or cure for your computer issue, remote services provide an ideal solution. If your computer is able to be fine-tuned remotely, you benefit from huge time savings.
Extra travel charge
$20/hour — My travel area is 30 minutes from my home. Anything farther than that will incur a travel charge.
cancellation policy
$80— If you need to cancel our appointment, please call or email me more than 24 hours in advance. Anything less than that will be charged a cancellation fee.
