Karen Hutcherson

As a Mac enthusiast with 30+ years of experience with Apple products, I have mastered the ins and outs of macs and IOS devices. I received a BFA from Michigan State in Graphic Design, and have worked as a freelancer in print and consumer website industries. Most recently, I worked for Apple in Denver and gained valuable experience in the Mac world; I learned a lot about some of the common and not so common device complexities and how to approach users who may be frustrated with their equipment. I have worked with Macs in various creative arenas since 1989 and I have a passion for technology, troubleshooting and teaching others. I am an Apple Certified Support Professional.
